This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Jeff Davis and he always goes the extra mile or 2 to make sure my wife and I get exactly what car fit our needs.  I know live in Kansas, but will still cross the line to buy from Jeff and Cable Dahmer.  They are why Chevy is and always will be #1.  I highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle definitely take the time and visit with Jeff.

i'm not a person who gives a lot of feedback. i expect for people in the customer service business to be good at it. unfortunately i'm often disappointed. unfortunately many do just enough to get by, and don't go above and beyond if they can avoid it. Your team is exceptional. I became acquainted with your service department over the past year, as i brought in a company fleet vehicle and also began servicing my 2008 chevy tahoe, which i purchased at another local dealer. i have been very impressed with your entire service department, and have referred you to others. Every time i come in, i'm handled promptly and in a professional manner. whatever my issue, ive always felt that the person in your shop cares about my satisfaction, and takes pride in great service to customers. however, the purpose of this note is to talk about the outstanding service i received today, a friday. overnight, my wheels and tires were stolen off of my truck in my driveway. i was concerned with the truck sitting on blocks over the weekend, and how i was going to locate the parts and get them installed quickly. i called your dealership immediately, and spoke to John Posey. John worked to find the rims around town, worked up a quote etc. then i started dealing with the insurance company...i didn't finish with the adjuster until 3pm. john then personally delivered my wheels and tires and personally installed them at my home at 5pm, all of this, to ensure that i was taken care of and the job got done before the weekend. Because of John and the rest of your great service consultants, i consider CD my new chevy dealer. John Posey and all of your service consultants deserve a lot of praise for making your dealership succesful. Thank you.

I came from South Dakota for a car seen on the internet.  Hard to justify a trip  and purchase this way but initial contact made for excellent telephone / e-mail negotiations. Extra photos were asked for and timely sent. No pressure on personal visit. They did everything I asked of them within reason.  If you want to purchase via internet the way I did they want to help.

I am so thankful that I came to Cable Dahmer Saturday June 26th to your big 1 day sale, I almost did not come! I was checked in very quickly & before I was done being checked in stood Shane Morgan in front of me at the desk and that was the beginning of a very positive experience! Shane, you did an awesome job & I believe you were very honest with me & that was greatly appreciated. I also believe that you truly listened to where I was with my finances and went to battle for me! You will be recommended  in the future by me to anyone I know that wants to purchase a car. I was unable to secure a loan at other dealers,Toyota,Hyundai,Kia. Then I met my new neighbor. She said that depending on my credit score,that I should be able to get a loan.My score was 599. And the great people at Cable Dahmer were able to find me financed at a great price! My interest rate is a little high,but with this second chance loan,I should be able to refinance later.
